We found everything really good, can recommend it to everyone. Very attentive staff that liked their guests. The location was exceptionally nice, not very far from Skilpadvlei Wine Farm. The hotel was in an absolutely gorgeous area, near to a nice garden with pool, beds and towels, the Cape Winelands and California.

Great location in the vineyards with fantastic panoramic views, beautiful house and great service on the whole. The Family Suite is recommended, as it has more or less its own garden entrance.
the gravel road would have been hard to find without an overpass. The service in the garden was occasionally a little slow (ordering drinks etc).

Fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh fruit, large selection of egg dishes, very good bread and coffee specialties. Courteous, very friendly service. The breakfast is served directly near the pond, which is beautiful. Nice garden.

The property was charming and we had a great stay. Our room was spacious, with garden views and a fireplace. - the hotel was a short walk to a wine estate and vineyards.

What a fantastic hotel! We stayed at Wedgeview from 12th - 14th September and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The room we were given was beautifully decorated with a huge bathroom and a stunning view over the vineyards. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of cooked dishes as well as a continental option. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather on the second day of our trip so had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the duck pond (complete with 4 ducklings). On our first day, as we had had a large lunch at one of the local vineyards and did not want another big meal, we were offered a beautiful platter of cold meats and cheeses along with a large glass of wine in front of an open fire in the hotel's lounge - just perfect. I would also recommend the excellent spa facilities. Wedgeview is only going to get better as they are currently building a large outside pool in their grounds. Can't wait to visit again - many thanks Dave, Patty, Eneil and team.

The staff and the service in the hotel are really great, especially Ben! :-) We were guided through the hotel at check-in and were shown everything! The surroundings and the location are gorgeous! The breakfast (order warm food/cold buffet) is really delicious! All in all a great, unique holiday!
